Read, READ, Read

 In Personal

I am not really a reading person. That’s why I find it very hard for me to sit down and to read a book. I am very attracted to pictures, colours and etc, which explains why reading a magazine is easier to me than just plain books. However, I do know the importance of reading – to learn and gain knowledge from it. Then again, I just can’t cultivate my reading habits. I tried to read an hour before I sleep. I  end up too tired before I could finish a page or two. The only best time I find so far is in the bus. Coz I am obviously bored with no other entertainment, therefore I can just sit down and read quietly. Anyone has any good suggestions for me? Or any good environment or scenairo for me to cultivate my reading habits?

Recently, I just took up a book called “I can make you rich” by Paul McKenna. It is a very good read. By looking at the title, you may think that the book is to let you know how to make your money grows. That is where you are absolutely wrong. It is to show you how you can get your riches. Riches in your own definition. Be it spending quality time with your family, doing that thing that you been wanting to do but never seem to do it and etc. To rebuild your confidence or simply to relax. The book also shows you the ways or methods to train the “sleeping” sub-conscious mind of ours. It is always working 24/7 at the backend, if not careful, you may end up storing nasty stuffs that you do not wish to instead. So taking care of your sub-conscious and to let it work correctly lead us to the path that we wished and wanted for. All confused and puzzled? Read the book…

Some one kindly edited my copy. See if this is a better read. 🙂

Or any conducive environment that you would recommend to help me cultivate my reading habits?
